Terms of Service

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account.
• Each account is for one person or business. Do not share your login.

• You keep full ownership of every proposal you upload.
• You give us permission to store your files and display them to people who open your links, only so we can run the service.
• You confirm you have the right to share every document you upload.

You agree not to use PitchNudge to:

• Share anything illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Send spam, malware, or phishing.
• Track people secretly. Proposal links are meant for genuine business documents shared with people you are working with.
• Try to break, overload, or get around the security or limits of the service.

We may suspend accounts or disable links that break these rules.

• The Free plan includes 1 active tracked link at a time, with no time limit and no credit card required. Switching a link off, deleting it, or letting it expire frees the slot.
• The Unlimited plan costs 39 per month or 390 per year, plus any applicable taxes, and includes unlimited active links and link expiration controls.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep Unlimited until the end of the period you paid for. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires.
• If you return to the Free plan, links that are already active keep working. New or reactivated links count toward the 1-link limit.
• We will email you in advance before any price change affects you.

We work hard to deliver accurate, timely alerts, but email delivery, browsers, privacy tools, and network conditions are outside our control. Some views may be missed, delayed, or filtered. PitchNudge is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, PitchNudge is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost deals, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may close accounts that break these terms. When an account is closed, its files and viewing history are permanently deleted.

We may update these terms as the service grows. For significant changes, we will email account holders before they take effect.
